How long until I get my Mystery Box?
Mystery boxes ship all at once. Usually about 4 weeks after they go on sale. The current box will ship early December 2023. Please wait until you receive communication from us that your box is ready for pick up.
Where can I find my confirmation email and order number?
Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails are sent immediately after you purchase. Be sure to add shop@ladiesdrinkbeer.com to your safe/not junk list.
My box arrived damaged. What are my options?

I live outside Ontario, can I still buy a box?
Due to provincial laws, we are only able to ship alcohol to addresses within Ontario.
Are Mystery Boxes vegetarian or vegan?
We strive to please everyone with these Mystery Boxes. If you require a vegetarian version of the box, please leave us a message in the notes section at check out.

A portion of proceeds will go to Canadian Women’s Foundation; one of the largest women’s foundations in the world. With the support of donors, the Foundation has raised more than $100 million and funded over 1,950 programs across the country. These programs focus on addressing the root causes of the most critical issues and helping women, girls, Two Spirit, trans, and non-binary people who face the greatest barriers.
Can I use a promo code to get a discount on a Mystery Box?
Promo codes do not apply to Mystery Boxes. They are already such a crazy good deal!
Can I return my Mystery Box for a refund?
Mystery Boxes are non-refundable.
Can I send a Mystery Box to my friend as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply change the shipping name and address at check out! And for $2 we’ll include a personalized message. Type your note in at checkout and we’ll include it in the box.
If Mystery Boxes are sold out, will more go on sale? Is there a waiting list?

Can I order swag or extra beer when I order my Mystery Box?
Absolutely! Depending on the size of your order, your extra items may arrive in a separate box.
