P.O.P!

This bright tropical Kveik pale ale brewed with oats to give it a creamy mouthfeel. It was dry hopped with a blend of Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. The super rad mauve colour is from the addition of butterfly pea flower powder. Through the magic of science, Butterfly Peaflower, AKA Blue Matcha messes with the PH balance in beer (without affecting the taste) to turn it anywhere from pink to purple to blue! Read more...

NEIPA w/ Clementines

Brewed in collaboration with Henderson Brewing, this is a bright, fruit-forward, highly drinkable New England IPA at 6.5% abv. You'll smell tangerine and clementine, berries, spicy hops, coconut, and vanilla all over a backbone of sweet, toasty malt. Sweet malt leads into pithy tangerine, coconut, and vanilla, which is balanced by a medium hop bitterness and drying pithy citrus peel. Mostly clean finish with mild bitterness and a creamy, medium mouthfeel that is dried out by the hops and clementine peel. Read more...
