Beau’s All Natural Brewing took over all the taps with their extensive list of 20+ beers and brought Halcyon Barrel House along with their barrel and foeder-aged, mixed fermentation sours. Halcyon concocted a Bevy Brew called Still/ Thirsty – a sour, still beer that walked the line of beer and wine.
