A marriage of a classic German hefeweizen and a New England IPA. Large dose of wheat malt balanced by pilsner and a touch of Oat for body then fermented with a Wiezen yeast strain. The beer then underwent a double dry hopping schedule with Azacca to provide pungent, dank and fruity hop flavours. Increased bitterness balances the beer out and a rich mouthfeel closes the experience.
