This bright tropical Kveik pale ale brewed with oats to give it a creamy mouthfeel. It was dry hopped with a blend of Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. The super rad mauve colour is from the addition of butterfly pea flower powder. Through the magic of science, Butterfly Peaflower, AKA Blue Matcha messes with the PH balance in beer (without affecting the taste) to turn it anywhere from pink to purple to blue!
As with all SOBDL brews, we’re drinking for a cause. $0.25 from each can goes to the Canadian Women’s Foundation.
